"Infosys understands the supply-chain side of our business as well as any seasoned veteran. They integrate knowledge of our work systems, practices, technology and culture to provide the appropriate solutions. I would strongly recommended Infosys to any business that is interested in streamlining work practices, realizing cost savings or margin gains, and seeing data compiled in a way that significantly improves decision making process."

We chose Infosys probably a little different route than other companies do. We hired a new Director of Supply Chain Systems who had experience with Infosys in his prior job with Rockport. So we trusted him that he already had developed a relationship with Infosys and he suggested that, that would be a great way for us to go. And we started slowly - we brought in two people and they helped us develop a great relationship, and we….its been…grown along with that relationship to where we are today
One of our strategies is to have a very tight relationship with out user community and IT, so we feel that they're partners, and we brought Infosys into that relationship as well, so our user community is as comfortable working with Infosys as ourselves, and we don't feel threatened by that. It actually has developed a very strong kind of triad relationship that we've leveraged. In fact we're kind of surprised that our user community asks for people from Infosys by name- just kind of unusual, but we think that that's kind of symbolic of the relation ship that we've all developed.
Our relationship with Infosys has exceeded our expectations. It's actually allowed us to do things that we couldn't have done before, that we've just gone through a merger and acquisition, which put a lot of pressure on IT. We couldn't have responded before unless we had a relationship with Infosys, and then when this additional workload came …came on us overnight, it allowed us to almost instantaneously apply resources that got us through some rough times.
