Infosys Ranked among Leaders in Customer Satisfaction in Retail
Infosys was ranked #3 in the IT Services LeaderBoard, among 32 IT services suppliers, including pure-play suppliers, niche retail-focused suppliers and offshore players. Infosys was rated #2 in integration capabilities, #3 in domain expertise and #2 in overall satisfaction of project.
According to the RIS LeaderBoard 07 survey report, "Infosys is the only offshore player to appear among the leaders, which indicates its early and large investment in developing size and resources to offer comprehensive solutions compared to the niche players."
Retail Info Systems News (RIS) conducted a retail customer satisfaction survey of IT services firms, along with Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC), a leading market research and consulting firm. In the survey, retail customers evaluated vendors they had experience working with on parameters of domain expertise, depth of offerings, integration capabilities, ability to meet expectations, deliver on time and on budget and overall satisfaction.
