  • In-store labor
    Places right people at the right place and at the right time to drive customer behavior and profitability. This is achieved through consolidating back-office labor management processes in an outside store environment. This will free store managers, supervisors and HR associates from non value-added activities and enable them to concentrate on value stream work.
  • In-store merchandizing
    Advocates tactical execution of store-specific ranging, visual merchandising and in-store supply chain to achieve profitable customer buying behavior. This is done in an outside store environment, enabling store managers and supervisors control the processes, which are traditionally corporate-driven.
